Attendance
- Attendance is required in order to fully benefit from the program
- Both asynchronous learning in addition to in person classes will best prepare you to achieve a robust AR UX skillset
- In other words, students who make progress on the modules without attending in person sessions will not be meeting class requirements for successful completion
- In addition to simply attending in person sessions, in person engagement and participation will also be critical via group work and activities that lead up to the hackathon
- While all classes are required, at a minimum, students must maintain 85% attendance (minimum 5 out of 6 classes attended in person)
Completion
In order to earn a CUNY Certificate of Completion and the $200 stipend students must:
- Complete Meta AR modules
- Meet attendance and participation requirements outlined above
- Participate in group project and present at Hackathon/Closing Event with employers
Stipend
Upon successful achievement of the completion requirements above, program completers will earn a $200 stipend. Students must compete and submit required paperwork by the deadline provided in order to earn the stipend. Stipend checks are processed by CUNY Research Foundation and will be mailed or directly deposited 4-6 weeks after the final event.
